Whenever you stumble across/hunt down someone that you would like to add to your network – in this example, let’s call them “Barry Newman” - find Barry using the search bar or by browsing Users, and then click on the link under Barry’s profile picture that says Add Barry Newman to your network.
You will then be asked if you want to Add user Barry Newman to your network?, click Add.
Congratulations, you have now successfully added Barry Newman to your network.
